"We booked a table in advance and arrived right on time — everything was perfectly organized. We ordered the tartare and gyoza, and also shared two main dishes: rice balls with crab. This dish was absolutely incredible and became our clear favorite. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted down to the smallest flavor detail, with unusual combinations and a taste that unfolds gradually. Beneath the rice balls there was a salad made of cabbage and cucumber — which may not sound very exciting, but in reality it was surprisingly delicious. Such an unexpected take on simple ingredients truly highlights the chefs’ skill. We also tried desserts and drinks, and everything was excellent. We loved the entire experience, highly recommend this place, and will be happy to come back again."

"We visited Chamonix for the TMB and discovered an amazing Asian fusion spot. Every dish we tried—four in total—was bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious. We wanted to try some dessert but we couldn’t fit in any dessert. The service was equally impressive."

"This place was a 9.2 on Beli, so I had to try it out. This might be one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to, and that means a lot coming from New York. Every dish was an exotic layered flavor performance in my mouth with incredible texture and extremely high quality ingredients. Everything was very unique and unexpected too. Nothing was heavy or muddy; every bite had clarity and punch. At one point I was in the back room trying the special rice which was by far the most insane thing on the menu. Us and 2 other tables reacted out loud to it at the same time and we all bonded over the rest of the dishes and it made for an awesome experience. The rice had was this crispy spiced layer on top that was honestly just pure crack cocaine. I have no idea what it is or how to describe it, but it’s just so different. The moisture levels and texture of the rice were utmost perfection. The Chinese eggplant, also hard to describe but a total flavor trip. Vegetable dumplings with insane chili oil, and all the tartares were unreal. every bite felt like a performance rather than just a dish. I’ve had miso soup and edamame countless times, but here they were the best I’ve had. And the absolute best part of all this is: usually restaurants at this level give tiny portions for absurd prices. Here we spent about $80 each, tried almost the entire menu, and left in a full food coma. Easily a top 3 dining experience of my life."

"By far our favorite meal in Chamonix. We had several dishes that we shared family style and they were all incredible. Such a cool restaurant and we had an 18 month old with us and they were extremely accommodating."

"This place was SO good that we dined here two days in a row. Every single dish was a hit - perfect understanding of balance of flavours. Spice was never not accompanied by a fattiness or creaminess. Sweetness never not accompanied by tartness. And the texture - oh. The contrast of soft with crispness was absolutely perfect in every dish. Typically I hate Asian fusion but this place manages to deliver. 10/10 absolutely best restaurant in the entire Chamonix. We pretty much had the entire menu over two nights. Come at 6.20pm and get in the queue. So worth it."

"A nice break from the classic mountain food, MUMMA offers more upscale Asian food with interesting and unexpected flavors combination. Portion size was quite good too compared to similar restaurants. The tomato salad, the fish tartare and the mackerel fish were our highlight. Cocktails were also really good. Service was really nice, they even accommodated my hearing issue. Don’t forget to make a reservation."

"Best restaurant in Chamonix Open plan kitchen, dim lighting & modern decor. Great food, crab balls will always be my favourite and they are a must dish! I recently had the fish with the smokey sauce and ramen egg and it was incredible. Attentive service with French and English speaking staff who are knowledgeable and very friendly. Wine selection is of high standard and you can't come without trying at least one cocktail. They are flavourful, complex and delicious. 5 stars every time I go! Its a must in chamonix and a perfect venue for date nights."

"A nice choice for Asian if you are in Chamonix. The food was very tasty, prepared from quality ingredients; Friendly staff, albeit sometimes a bit slow. The views of Mont Blanc from the terrace seating are amazing. The price is a bit steep for the quantity/quality of food you get, but that is a general rule in Chamonix it seems"
